Belbo Fasto. It speaks of traditional Italian gastronomy, but in a sophisticated and urban environment. Just look at the space, the attention to detail and the decoration. Belbo Candela is a nod to the espetera that works with firewood and grilled in a Mediterranean gastronomic proposal that makes a tour of our coastline. Fish and seafood to the sword, garden products and, above all, a variety of rice dishes made at the time. A warm space with the kitchen in sight and the fish exposed as in the fish market.
